Shipping and Handling
Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground or US Postal (for smaller non-breakable products). We ship in-stock items within 48 hours. Over size or "heavy" products may require additional shipping costs. UPS requires a street address and a phone number (they will not ship to a P.O. Box). When a credit card is used we can only ship to the address on the card unless other arrangements are approved. Alaska & Hawaii We can ship either Next Day or Second Day Air via UPS or we can ship via Priority Mail for orders under 5 Lbs. if not fragile. Shipping to a P.O. Box is only possible via US Mail and packages must be under 5 lbs. and non fragile. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Varies and requires us to contact you with the correct shipping charge.
